They keep changing their hours and don't even follow them. I've had to sit and wait for them because times keep changing. I waited over an hour today. Start time was moved to 10am but nobody showed up.

Very poor service! I scheduled an online check in time and arrived at that time. The online check in only allowed us to schedule an appointment with Kari B. When I arrived, the screen said I would have 15 minutes to wait. After waiting 45 minutes, Kari B slowly checked her last person out, messed around on the computer for 5 minutes, then proceeded to sit down in her chair. We got up and left due to the poor service, lack of care for customers, or even an interest to explain it would be a few more minutes.

Our first expierance was amazing and we loved it. My husband went back when he needed another cut. He sat in the parking lot until 1030am and no one ever showed up to open the shop. He went again at 330pm and was told they were closing. Horrible business pracrice to open late and close early.
